For all purchases, except as otherwise noted, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the entire product for replacement, refund or exchange within 30 (thirty) days of receiving it. Return shipping charges will not be refunded and shipping will be charged to the customer for replacements or exchanges. In order to have a return accepted for processing, the postmark on the return package must be within 30 days of the customer's receipt of the package. If the 30th day falls on a Sunday or a federal holiday a postmark for the next business day will be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. All returned items must be sent in their original packaging with all documents (i.e. certificate of authenticity). We reserves the right to refuse the return of any item(s) returned in an incomplete, or in a non-saleable condition due to damage, and/or abuse.
To return your product, use the reverse side of your packing slip to let us know why you decided to return your item(s) and your desired resolution (replacement, refund, or exchange) for each item. Please be sure to send the return package to the return address in the upper left corner of your packing slip.
